1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Mountain Ceramic Company LTD website, including customer accounts, product browsing, contact forms, the room visualizer, and newsletter features. Product purchases are also subject to the separate Terms and Conditions.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate registration details and keep them reasonably up to date. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission. Do not share your password or use another person's account without authorization.

We may ask you to verify your email address and may temporarily restrict access where needed to protect the account, users, or service. Account deletion requests can be sent to info@mountainceramic.com. Deletion may be subject to outstanding orders and records that must be retained under applicable law.

Use the website lawfully and do not misuse it. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, send deceptive or abusive submissions, or use the service to infringe another person's rights. Do not use automated means to overload or extract data from the website without authorization.

You remain responsible for messages, contact details, design names, and other material you submit. Do not submit confidential information that is not needed for the service or material you have no right to share. You allow us to store and use submitted material as needed to provide the feature you requested, respond to you, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Saved visualizer designs may be associated with your account. We do not promise that designs or other website content will always remain available; keep your own copies of anything important.

5. Our website and intellectual property

The website, its branding, text, product photography, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Mountain Ceramic Company LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for its intended personal or business purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where the law allows.
