Terms and Conditions

TESTING DRAFT — NOT APPROVED FOR PRODUCTION. Prepared on 27 October 2026 to support registration testing. A qualified lawyer must review and complete this document before it is relied on for real sales. Publishing it records user acceptance.

Version: Draft 1 Document type: TERMS_AND_CONDITIONS Business: Mountain Ceramic Company LTD, Kacyiru, Gasabo, Kigali, Rwanda Contact: info@mountainceramic.com

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to product enquiries and purchases made through the Mountain Ceramic Company LTD website. They should be read with the website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The final version must identify the applicable law, required consumer notices, and any mandatory rights after legal review.

2. Products and product information

We aim to describe products, dimensions, finishes, shades, prices, and availability accurately. Images and screen displays are illustrative; colours, patterns, and appearance can vary between screens, batches, and physical products. Confirm the product, quantity, measurements, suitability, and any installation requirements before ordering. Ask us if you need clarification.

The customer is responsible for checking measurements, site conditions, and suitability for the intended use. Product availability and any displayed estimate are subject to confirmation.

3. Prices, orders, and payment

The price, currency, applicable taxes or charges, delivery fee, discounts, and payment options shown for an order should be reviewed before submission. A displayed price or stock status may need correction if there is an error; we will contact you before proceeding with a materially different amount.

Submitting an order provides the information needed to process it. We will communicate whether it has been accepted and any next steps. An order may be delayed or declined where an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, a suspected error needs checking, or payment cannot be confirmed. We will explain relevant changes and handle any amount already paid in accordance with applicable law.

Payment methods offered may include mobile money, card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery, as displayed at checkout. A payment provider or financial institution may have separate terms and privacy practices. Do not send full card credentials or account passwords through website messages.

4. Delivery, collection, and inspection

Delivery availability, fees, and estimated timing depend on the location, order, and option displayed at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. Provide an accurate delivery address and contact number, and make arrangements to receive the order. Contact us promptly about a delivery problem or visible damage so it can be assessed.

5. Changes, cancellation, returns, and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. Whether a change can be made depends on the order's status and applicable law. Returns, replacements, and refunds will be handled under the final published policy and all mandatory consumer rights. This draft does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Promotions and coupons

Promotions and coupon codes may have conditions, validity dates, minimum order amounts, or usage limits. The applicable terms will be shown with the promotion. We may correct an obvious pricing or promotion error before confirming an order and will contact affected customers.

7. Complaints and contact

For an order question or complaint, contact info@mountainceramic.com and include the order number where available. We will review the matter and explain the next steps.

8. Updates

The published version and its effective date should be shown on the website. Changes apply as permitted by law. For material changes affecting an account, we will provide notice where required.
